Our reconditioning process ensures that each used boiler is thoroughly inspected, disassembled, and tested before being deemed ready for installation and use. Our factory-certified team performs a range of services, including burner motor and impeller balancing, fireside and waterside cleaning, boiler tube repair and replacement, and the replacement of level controls, steam pressure, and hot water temperature controls.


Additionally, we conduct an ASME certified hydrostatic pressure test to 150% of the design pressure, perform boiler refractory repair and replacement, replace insulation and sheet metal jacketing, apply automotive quality heat-resistant boiler paint, and conduct a test firing to ensure optimal performance.
